JUMP Jumpstart, Beginners, Fitness, Gold and Insane Burn are group classes comprising of at least 3 and up to 8 jumpers with a certified instructor. 

This is a 1-hr session of fun, effective workout session, along with great music and movements to pump up your heartrate, and work out those muscles, balancing and core.

MW studio located at Citygate is a premium boutique studio offering you a peace of mind while you work out at our SG CLEAN certified premise. 

We offer soundproof studio equipped with SONO sound system, Novita Alkaline water, free 2-hr parking.  There is also retail therapy of our best sellers apparel workouts for your viewing & ordering.
